This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning an item purchased from Shiny Imperfections. Our goal is to ensure a transparent and fair process for all customers.

Each item we offer is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation, meticulously handcrafted. To provide the utmost clarity and confidence in your purchase, every product is represented by detailed photographs of the exact piece you will receive. We encourage customers to review these images carefully to appreciate the distinct character of their chosen item.

While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, we understand that there may be occasions where a return is necessary. This policy is designed to support you through that process while respecting the unique nature of our handmade products.

Our 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day period for you to return your item if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. This 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of your intent to return the item within this 14-day time frame. For our customers within the European Union, this policy serves to honor your statutory Right of Withdrawal.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Me First: Please send an email to hello@shinyimperfections.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and the item you wish to return.

Package Your Item: Please return the item in its original, undamaged condition and packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. I highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to me. Please send the item back without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you received your order.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and saleable condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized orders are generally not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will cover the cost of the item itself.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact me immediately at hello@shinyimperfections.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. I will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
