2. Products
Our products are handmade and sold through our official website and our Etsy shop. Please note that these Terms and Conditions apply only to purchases made through this website (https://shinyimperfections.com). Purchases made through Etsy are subject to Etsy’s own policies.
As each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, there may be slight variations and characteristics that are inherent to the handmade process. We refer to this as the “perfectly imperfect” nature of our art. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate. The detailed photographs on each product page show the exact item you will receive.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Euros (€) or the currency selected on the website.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be made in full before any order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.
4. Formation of Contract
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched from Kaunas, Lithuania. We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe specified on the product page. Please note that all shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
International Orders, Customs, and Duties:
You, the buyer, are responsible for any customs and import taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy regarding returns, refunds, and your 14-day right of withdrawal is detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy page. The terms of the Refund and Returns Policy are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shiny Imperfections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to the products exceed the total amount paid by you for the products in question.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
